The installation of our windows is great right from the start. The sales agent Mike Tadla was nice and easy to deal with and explained every single detail of the product. The installers are fast and did a great job. They know what they’re doing. They thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of our house spotless! Will be doing business again with them since we still have more windows to replace in the basement. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with Window World. I replaced a window, door, and screen door. The replacements were ready when I was told and put in immediately. The guy who installed everything was great. It’s comforting to know there is a lifetime warranty on the items and installation too!

Could not be happier with the sales and service we got from Window World Joliet. Our installers were amazing, Brandon & Marty were great, they covered everything inside the house so it wouldn’t get damaged or dirty. They also replaced all the white trim on the outside of the house around the window and did a great job at that. Before they left, they made sure that all garbage and waste was taken away as well. I had a bow window installed recently. The installers were very pleasant and double-checked with me to inspect the window to make sure it was what I ordered. Everybody we worked with was professional, helpful, informative, and did excellent work. The windows and doors are of amazing quality and look beautiful. Everything from the sales visit to the customer service to the final installment. We had a sliding glass door, a side entry door, and 16 windows installed. It only took 9 hours and when they left, our house was just as clean as it was when they started. We will have a new front door and siding done next year! I highly recommend Window World of Joliet! I need to have our slider, storm door, and window replaced. I brought in Window World of Joliet for a quote, and they seem to understand exactly what we needed. Then a few days everything was measured up and we were given an eight-week window for when installation would take place. Installation went very well and we were very happy with the cleanup afterwards.
