A: I earned a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois. I began my career in the Peace Corps as a volunteer dedicated to developing Eco-Tourism and natural areas protection in Honduras.
Before that, I was fortunate to be an intern with the Will County Forest Preserve District in their Landscape Architecture and Planning Department. This allowed me to learn about the region and all the great communities around us.
A: I have worked in business for 30 years on municipal and residential projects throughout Chicago and other states and countries. When I began my business, I wanted an opportunity to build a strong organization that focused on value, quality, and good service.
A: Our focus over the last 15 years has been to provide quality solutions that respond to our customers’ needs—and to do so consistently with great products, great installation, and quality finishes for our replacement windows, doors, and siding.
A: We work collaboratively to be aware of market trends, customer needs, and product offerings. We take pride in our reputation for listening to and guiding our customers to meet their requirements at the most competitive price possible. Unlike our largest competitors, we have the same ownership and vendors throughout our existence and take great pride in that.
A: We always look to make our team, process, and communication better. We believe there is always room for improvement and we are human in a world that sometimes seems to ignore that reality. It takes many people in multiple facilities to realize your project, and we strive for that to culminate in a seamless installation experience.
A: I always enjoy supporting other businesses, teams, clubs, and organizations throughout our community. Seeing and hearing from our customers over the years weaves our lives together, and it helps us enjoy the pride of our community.
A: When I started the business with my partner and brother-in-law Scott, I worked alone as the receptionist, sales agent, measure tech, serviceman, installation manager, etc. Now, the most rewarding thing for me is to see how the business has grown to employ residents in all aspects.
A: The opportunity to work in our region and throughout Chicagoland where I grew up continually inspires me with memories new and old—memories of family, friends, clients, and opportunities in every neighborhood we visit. We don’t win every job we are asked to estimate; however, it makes me very proud that we earn the majority of them.
A: We’re looking forward to returning to quality lead times that were a challenge for the nation during COVID-19 and expanding our organic reach throughout the Chicagoland area with our great team. Good people doing good work for good people, and doing it with great products and professionalism is what it’s all about!
“Beyond our products and services, what truly sets us apart is our relationship with you—our valued community. Your support is the cornerstone of our success, and we are grateful for the opportunity to serve our neighbors.
When you’re ready to upgrade your home, contact Window World of Joliet. Our team of experts looks forward to assisting you and your family on your renovation journey!”
