Prize Description, Value, and Limitations 

• The Grand Prize is 10 white double-hung windows and includes basic installation of 0.27 U-factor products, or up to $10,000 of contract credit for alternative products and services from Window World of Joliet. Credit cannot be applied to contracts signed prior to August 18, 2025.
• Winners will receive a prize voucher. The voucher must be presented and a contract entered with Window World of Joliet in order to redeem. The voucher has no cash value.
• Products must be installed no later than October 30, 2026, after which the voucher will be considered void.
• The voucher is good for a single home installation for a property located in Will, Grundy, LaSalle, Lake, Kankakee, or Cook county, and is valid only for work performed under contract with Window World of Joliet.
• The Grand Prize Voucher is non-transferable.

Entry Methods

• Entry tickets will be available through the Window World of Joliet sales team, and by request in the Window World of Joliet Showroom at 2363 Copper Court, Crest Hill, IL ahead of the event.
• IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE, EACH TICKET MUST BE REGISTERED ONLINE AT THE FOLLOWING WEB PAGE BEFORE 12:00 PM ON SEPTEMBER 20: https://windowworldjoliet.com/grand-prize
• Two hundred tickets (200) will be available in the showroom, and up to four hundred (400) tickets will be available onsite the day of the event before 12:00 PM.
• No entry fee is required, and no purchase is necessary to participate. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
• The winner does NOT need to be present to win.
• If the winner is not present, Window World of Joliet will make four attempts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 15 days after the event on September 20, 2025, an alternative winner will be selected.

Winners and Odds

• 1,000 numbered tickets will be printed. Odds of winning a prize are 1/1000 per ticket. Ticket quantities are limited to 1,000 and only available while supplies last.
• Winners will be chosen with an electronic random number generator at the event on September 20 at 12:30 PM. Winners will be announced on social media and in local newspapers.
• The winner must present the winning ticket in person to claim the prize voucher.

Eligibility

• Participants must reside in Will County, Grundy County, Kankakee County, LaSalle County, Cook County, or Lake County and be over the age of 21.
• Participants acknowledge that prizes exceeding $600 in value are considered taxable income. Window World of Joliet will issue the winner a 1099 form, and the winner agrees to provide information required for that form.
• Window World of Joliet employees, its subcontractors, and vendors are not eligible to participate.
